Caesar: Good evening, Finn! Tell us about what you're wearing tonight.
Finn: Hey Caesar! Wow, you’re even more handsome in person. I am so shocked to be sitting here on this stage. It’s... I stumble for a second, well magnificent! I am wearing a lovely, emerald green dress designed by my wonderful stylist and friend! She has done a fantastic job.. I also have this beautiful necklace that represents the bull. District 10 is livestock, so my stylist wanted to add a touch of home, I think. I smile before moving onto the next subject.. I am also wearing a gorgeous ring given to me by dear Amaury. He gave me this ring as a symbol to protect me, no matter what. Just like I gave him his ring, to show him that I will protect him. Just like we will our allies. Our love will be eternal, even if we both don’t make it out of the arena. This ring is my token, and my sign of unwavering commitment to Amaury, and to my allies. I want to thank the Capitol for their generosity when it comes to these games. I know they spare no expense.

What have you thought about the Capitol so far? What's your favorite part?
My favorite part about the Capitol? Where do I even start. The people here are SO nice! I mean, they care so much about the tributes. They respect our sacrifice for our wonderful country of Panem. I love Panem with all my heart, and all of the people in it!

Are you nervous? With this being a Quarter Quell, what are your thoughts on the twist?
I am not nervous, Caesar. Not at all. I know I can win this thing. If not, I want Amaury to win. So don’t count me out too quick just for being from an outlier district. The twist is well, interesting, but I consider myself to be friendly with the tributes. I hope they feel the same towards me.

What kind of arena are you hoping for this year?
Honestly, I am hoping for an arena with an array of opportunities; however, I trust in the Gamemakers to create the perfect arena for this years games. If I had to imagine something, maybe like a land of ice cream! I laugh to myself.

Do you feel prepared? What did you think of your training score? (Finn received a score of 9).
I feel so prepared, Caesar. I really do. After seeing my training score, and it being the second highest, wow. It feels great. I know I can win this. Panem: listen up here, please. Don’t count me out. I may be a girl, but I can fight hard. I want to win for every single girl out there. Know that you can do it too. Don’t count me out. I’m from beautiful District 10, which is an outlier district, but it doesn’t mean i’m weak. In fact, I think it just makes me stronger. I’m going to win for everyone out there. I love you all!

Do you think you have what it takes to become a victor? Who are you fighting for?
Of course I have what it takes to be a victor, Caesar! Everyone has a little spark in them yearning for it. I’m just hopeful my spark is big enough to win. I’m gonna try to win for all of Panem. To show girls and those in the outlier districts, a girl from District 10 can WIN a QUARTER QUELL! I’m also fighting for my dear family. My little siblings need me back home. I want, no.. I NEED, to win for them, as well.

Any shoutouts for anyone back home?
Shoutout to my father, Mayor Cressy! Hey dad! To my little siblings, too! Elias, Sprack, Elio, and Anneliese! I love you, and I promise I will be home soon! Hug each other tight and give dad a hug for me! I blow a kiss in the camera’s direction for them.

Thoughts on the other tributes? Have you made any notable friends or enemies?
The other tributes have been nothing but lovely. I have made an abundance of notable friends! Everyone in my alliance! Special shoutout time for them! First, Amaury Cohen, the love of my life! Leo Silver, Meena Flammia, Willow Cresto, Indiana Rose, Lina Starling, and Aster Shay. If I don’t become a victor, I wish Amaury or any of my other friends will win. All wonderful friends, which I wish could be life long. There is a reason for these games, though. I know their importance, and I hope that I will embody the important values of these games of dignity, strength, and allegiance to Panem when I become a victor.
