Caesar: Good evening, Willow! Tell us about what you're wearing tonight.
Willow: Well, Caesar my stylist really wanted to know about my home. So I told her about the meadow my best friend and I would go to and the apothecary shop that I ran with my family. Then I guess a light bulb clicked and she said “Willow, instead of coal and fire I’m going to make you a flower!” I was shocked at first but then I saw the outfit and it was the most beautiful outfit I have ever seen!

What have you thought about the Capitol so far? What's your favorite part?
So far the Capitol has been wonderful! Everything is so bright and beautiful! My favorite thing so far is probably the food, [she laughs a little], it’s so delicious compared to what we have in District 12. I mean, we don’t get the same food as the Capitol,but it’s delicious anyways.

Are you nervous? With this being a Quarter Quell, what are your thoughts on the twist?
Oh my god, I am terrified! I can’t believe we have to vote for who dies! It’s terrible and I really don’t want to die, you know?
What kind of arena are you hoping for this year?
I am hoping for a forest because that is what I’m skilled at. I don’t really know plants in jungles and stuff so hopefully it’s a forest.

Do you feel prepared? What did you think of your training score? (Willow received a score of 7).
I feel as prepared as a 16-year-old can get [she giggles]. I got a 7 which is good but I really wanted an 8 or 9.
​
Do you think you have what it takes to become a victor? Who are you fighting for?
It would be really nice to win and go back home to my family! I am gonna try and win for my family and my best friend, Peter!

Any shoutouts for anyone back home?
Yes, actually. Mom and dad, if I die don’t block out the world because you still have to help the people of 12! Also Peter you need to make some more friends [she smiles slightly] and Tom and Ben,be brave.

Thoughts on the other tributes? Have you made any notable friends or enemies?
I don’t think I've made any enemies! But I did make some great friendships with other districts! Also I might have fallen in love [she winks].

Any last thoughts before we let you go?
I really hope the odds are in my favor! [she waves to crowd and blows a kiss]
